Exchanges are possible for another available item with either the same or higher price. The price difference will be charged to you. When you wish to exchange an item with a lower priced item, the price difference will not be refunded. If you have received a damaged item, we will exchange the item free of charge.
If you wish to exchange, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or text us via WhatsApp to +62-817-728-800. Please also tell us your order number and reason for exchange. We will ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office or GO-JEK delivery to return the item. We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other item(s).
If you received your order as a gift and wish to exchange the product or size, please send an e-mail to email@example.com or text us via WhatsApp at +62 877 8185 6330 and tell us the name of the person who purchased the order for our reference. We will ask you to take your order to your local post office or GO-JEK delivery to exchange the item. We do not cover the return delivery cost.
Return/Exchange terms and conditions:
- Items must be returned within 72 hours after receipt.
- All products must be returned in its original packaging and with no sign of wear and/or odor.
- The product tag must still be attached and intact.
