Q: How do I find my size?

Q: How do I handle and care for Wilsen Willim products?

A: Our shirts are very easy to take care of. The best way is to handwash the shirt and iron it on low-temperature. Please wash separately from colored fabrics to avoid color transfer. Dry cleaning is not required.

 

Q: How will I receive my orders?

A: For 1-2 pieces order, we will package the order with a poly mailer bag. For 3 pieces and above, we will package the order with our Wilsen Willim box packaging. However, if you wish to package your 1-2 pieces order to be sent as a gift, we offer the Wilsen WIllim box packaging (including ribbon and tissue paper) at Rp 50,000.

 

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?

A: We offer gift box packaging (include ribbon and tissue paper) for 3 items or less at Rp 50,000. However, if your order contains 3 items or more, the gift box packaging is free.

 

Q: I stained my shirt. What should I do?

A: Wash your shirt immediately with mild detergent. Treat your shirt with stain remover before washing if necessary.

 

Q: Can I get a discount if I buy more products?

A: You are entitled to a 10% discount on your first purchase, no minimums! Alternatively, you can schedule for a private shopping appointment at our studio, or at the comfort of your own home.

 

Q: Can I custom make a Wilsen Willim piece?

A: We offer made to measure and bespoke services. Our made to measure services allows you to order any Wilsen Willim design in your color and material choice. For this service, we will apply the basic labor and fabric cost.

Q: Can I get my order altered?

Q: Can I place my order manually via WhatsApp?

Q: Do you provide private/personal shopping service?

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Q: What happens to the soldout items? Are they going to be back in stock?

A: We will restock the Classic items, however our studio collection items will be discontinued once the product is sold out, so please purchase when the item is still available on the website.
